I currently use Corel Painter Essentials 2 with my Wacom Graphire 4 4×5 Graphics Tablet. I like the program, but it’s lacking in a few areas. For instance, tools like: Magic Wand, Lines and Gradient.

I’m looking for a free program along the lines of Paint.NET but graphic tablet friendly
